IPART engaged the consultancy firm Oakley Greenwood to consider stakeholder comments on its March 2017 report relating to cost drivers for wholesale sewerage services and cost impacts of recycled water plants. Oakley Greenwood provided a revised report in response to issues raised by stakeholders.
