In this review IPART will determine Gosford City Council and Wyong Shire Council’s charges for water, sewerage, stormwater, trade waste and other ancillary and miscellaneous services to apply from 1 July 2013. IPART will examine the councils’ water, sewerage and stormwater functions, and the appropriate level of revenue needed to support these activities in an efficient and effective manner.
