Price structures describe the relationship between the fixed charge and the usage charge, and the proportion of the total charge that each customer group pays.
Following consultation and review, we have agreed pricing principles that will lead to more equitable price structures for Sydney Water, Hunter Water, Gosford City Council and Wyong Shire Council. The report sets out the principles and how they have been applied in the 2012 Sydney Water Draft Determination.
