IPART is conducting an end-of-term review of the Operating Licence and review of prices to be charged by the Sydney Catchment Authority from 1 July 2012. IPART will release a draft report on prices for public comment in March 2012. Final recommendations will be made to Government on the Operating Licence in April 2012 and the final price Determination will be release in June 2012.
