IPART has released for comment its draft decisions on the maximum prices that Sydney Catchment Authority can charge Sydney Water, 3 local councils and other small customers. The Report provides our reasons for the draft prices, based on our assessment of SCA's efficient costs of providing water from its dams. Comments are invited by 13 April 2012.
