The Tribunal has completed a review of pricing arrangements for recycled water services provided by Sydney Water, Hunter Water, and Gosford and Wyong Councils.
The Tribunal has developed pricing guidelines for water agencies to apply to mandated recycled water schemes. Pricing principles have also been developed for schemes were the use of recycled water is voluntary. The Tribunal has also determined prices for the Rouse Hill recycled water scheme and determined a methodology for the calculation of recycled water developer charges.
