This report outlines approaches to the pricing of recycled water services for Sydney Water, Hunter Water, and Gosford and Wyong Councils. The report considers pricing for mandated recycled water scheme as well as voluntary schemes and sewer mining. Draft determinations of prices have been prepared for the Rouse Hill Recycled Water Scheme area and for the calculation of recycled water developer charges.
