The Tribunal is conducting a review of prices for recycled water services provided by Sydney Water, Hunter Water, Gosford Council and Wyong Council under section 11(1) of the Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal Act 1992. As part of the review it is also considering pricing arrangements for sewer mining.
