In 2000, the Tribunal made a medium term pricing determination for the Sydney Catchment Authority which expires on 30 June 2005. Consequently, the Tribunal is obliged to make a new determination for the period 1 July onwards. In this determination the Tribunal has decided to maintain the current SCA charges from 1 July 2005 pending the release of a further determination which is expected to apply from 1 October 2005 to 30 June 2009.
