Final report and determinations for the Sydney Catchment Authority, Sydney Water Corporation and Hunter Water Corporation. The determination sets prices for water supply, wastewater and stormwater services for the period from 1 October 2005 to 30 June 2009 in the case of Sydney Water and the Sydney Catchment Authority and from 1 November 2005 to 30 June 2009 for Hunter Water. The report explains the regulatory approach used by the Tribunal in arriving at its decisions, the financial analysis undertaken and the Tribunal's findings in relation to revenue required by each agency, the price levels determined and the implications of these for customers, the environment and the agencies themselves.
