In this review IPART will determine Hunter Water Corporation’s charges for the provision of water, wastewater, stormwater, recycled water, trade waste and other ancillary and miscellaneous services to apply from 1 July 2009. In doing so, IPART will examine the Corporation’s water, wastewater, recycled water and stormwater functions, its regulatory requirements and the appropriate level of revenue needed to support these activities in an efficient and effective manner.
