Outlines IPART’s draft decisions relating to the calculation of developer charges in the water industry. Calculations are performed based on a methodology that water agencies must use to calculate developer charges in their own areas of operations. The draft decisions were made after considering changes to operating conditions and submissions made by stakeholders covering issues that have emerged since the 2000 determination.
