Hunter Water Corporation Determination
Describes and explains determination on Hunter Water’s revenue and prices. Provides overview of regulatory approach used and the financial analysis on which the determination was based.
Sydney Water Corporation Determination
The Tribunal has decided that Sydney Water’s overall revenue should increase in line with movements in the consumer price index (CPI) in each year of the determination period.
Sydney Catchment Authority Determination
The Tribunal has found that Sydney Catchment Authority’s existing price path to June 2005 remains appropriate.
