Review of water and wastewater Industry Structure Pricing in the Greater Sydney Metropolitan Area - Invitation for Submissions

The Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal (IPART) is assisting the NSW Government with a review of arrangements for the delivery of water and wastewater services in the greater Sydney Metropolitan area, under Section 9 of the Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal Act 1992. Submissions should be made by 31 May 2005.
