Draft Report - Investigation into Water and Wastewater Service Provision in the Greater Sydney Region - September 2005

This Draft Report presents the Tribunal's findings and recommendations to the Government in regards to pricing principles and alternative arrangements, including possible private sector involvement, for the delivery of water and wastewater services in the greater Sydney metropolitan area. The Report's purpose is to provide an opportunity for interested parties to comment on these findings and recommendations before the Tribunal makes its Final Report to Government. Submissions must be received from interested parties by 30 September 2005.
