This discussion paper seeks stakeholders’ views on whether there is scope for standardisation of sewerage discharge factors for small to medium non-residential customer classes across the metropolitan water utilities. The discussion paper also asks stakeholders to comment on any anomalies in the current application of sewerage discharge factors that lead to inequitable sewerage charges for some customers.
