IPART undertakes annual audits of WaterNSW's compliance with both its existing Sydney Catchment Authority (SCA) and State Water Corporation Operating Licences. The 2015-16 audit was the fourth audit under the current SCA 2012-2017 Operating Licence and the third audit under the current State Water 2013-2018 Operating Licence.
