In accordance with Section 31 of the Sydney Water Catchment Management Act, 1998 (NSW), the Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal of New South Wales has completed the audit of Sydney Catchment Authority’s compliance with the requirements of its 2012-2017 Operating Licence. This audit covers the period from 1 July 2013 to 30 June 2014.The report to the Minister details our findings.
