The report by IPART to the Minister for Climate Change Environment and Water on Sydney Catchment Authority’s (SCA) compliance with the requirements of its Operating Licence. This audit covers the period from 1 July 2006 to 30 June 2007. IPART engaged Halcrow Pacific Pty Ltd, to undertake the 2006/2007 Operational Audit of SCA. The audit found that SCA achieved full to high compliance for all Licence requirements, and noted areas where performance could be improved.
