This draft Operating Licence outlines the proposed conditions we may recommend to the Minister for Primary Industries be included in State Water’s new operating licence. In drafting the proposed operating licence we have considered the submissions we received in response to the issues paper and we have also completed a preliminary cost benefit analysis of each of the options.
