IPART is undertaking the 2019 public water utility (PWU) operational audits. We conduct these audits annually.
We are seeking input from government agencies, customers and other interested stakeholders on the PWUs’ performance against their operating licences in their audit periods.
We will consider all stakeholder submissions in the scopes for the 2019 operational audits.
Stakeholder comments are open for six weeks and close on 5 July 2019.
