IPART is undertaking 5 year review of Sydney Water’s operating licence. The review will determine if the existing licence is meeting its objectives and whether the licence can be amended to make it more efficient. As the next step in the review we have released a draft licence package. It includes a Draft Operating Licence, Draft Reporting Manual and Draft Cost Benefit Analysis of proposed changes to Sydney Water's operating licence. IPART is calling for public submissions to the draft licence package.
