It is a condition of Hunter Water’s operating licence that it must comply with the reporting obligations set out in this Reporting Manual. This Reporting Manual does not reproduce Hunter Water’s operating licence obligations in full. It is still necessary for Hunter Water to refer to the operating licence and to any law, statutory instrument or document referred to in the operating licence obligation (eg, guidelines, etc).
