IPART has completed its review of the Reporting Manuals for WIC Act licensees (network and retail).
We have made amendments that clarify licensees responsibilities to report to IPART any insurance changes, to provide information concerning the licensees’ ongoing financial capacity, and to reinforce licensees’ obligations in regard to managing incidents in line with regulatory requirements and to report appropriately.
The Reporting Manuals have been amended to address these issues.
The insurance changes are in force immediately. The financial capacity changes come into force on 1 July 2019
