The WIC Act Audit Guideline sets out IPART’s expectations regarding the conduct of operational audits and provides a guide for both auditors and licensees. We have updated the guideline to reflect recent changes to operating licences, as well as to incorporate feedback from stakeholders and lessons learnt over the previous years.
