The Audit Guideline – Public Water Utilities sets out IPART’s expectations regarding the conduct of operational audits and provides a guide for both auditors and public water utilities (PWUs). We have updated the guideline to reflect recent changes to each utility’s operating licence, as well as to incorporate feedback from auditors and PWUs, and lessons learnt over the previous years.
