SUPERSEDED - This reporting manual outlines WaterNSW’s reporting requirements under the WaterNSW Operating Licence 2017-2022. It identifies when, what, how and to whom WaterNSW should report. This reporting manual was last updated in February 2018, and applies from 14 February 2018.
It is a condition of the operating licence that WaterNSW must comply with the reporting obligations set out in the reporting manual. This Reporting Manual does not reproduce WaterNSW’s operating licence obligations in full. It is still necessary for WaterNSW to refer to the operating licence and to any law, statutory instrument or document referred to in the operating licence obligation (eg, guidelines, etc).
