It is a condition of Sydney Water’s operating licence that it must comply with the reporting obligations set out in this Reporting Manual. This Reporting Manual does not reproduce Sydney Water’s operating licence obligations in full. It is still necessary for Sydney Water to refer to the operating licence and to any law, statutory instrument or document referred to in the operating licence obligation (eg, guidelines, etc).
