SUPERSEDED - IPART provides a reporting manual to assist retail supplier’s to report against their licence conditions. This version includes an new section 3.2.5 that clarifies licensee obligations when making changes to Plans. This requirement was previously a standard licence condition. The change comes into effect immediately.
