SUPERSEDED - IPART provides a reporting manual to assist network operator’s to report against their licence conditions. This version includes an additional requirement in section 3.10 that clarifies licensee obligations when making changes to Plans. This requirement was previously a standard licence condition. The change comes into effect immediately.
