This database details the performance indicator data we collect on water utilities that we regulate. The database presents data from the most recently completed reporting year, 2018-19, and historical data extending back to 2005-06.
In April 2020, we completed our review of water utility performance indicators and published amended reporting manuals for water utilities. As a result the parameters and number of indicators have changed compared to previous years.
This database should be read together with the Fact Sheet.
