This database details the performance indicator data we collect on the public water utilities that we regulate. The database presents data from the most recently completed reporting year, 2016-17, and historical data extending back to 2005-06. The data presented is split into four primary categories; Water Quality, System Continuity and Reliability, Environment and Customers. This database should be read together with the Fact Sheet.
