This database is Part B of the package detailing the performance indicator data we collect on the public water utilities that we regulate. The database presents data from the most recently completed reporting year, 2015/16, and historical data extending back to 2005/06. The data presented is split into four primary categories; Water Quality, System Continuity and Reliability, Environment and Customers. This database should be read together with the Part A Fact Sheet.
