This database is Part B of the new format to provide the performance indicator data we collect on the public water utilities that we regulate. The database presents historical and 2014-15 year performance indicator data reported to us in the categories of Water quality, System Continuity and Reliability, Environment and Customers.
Contextual information about these categories of indicators is provided in Part A (the Fact Sheet) to assist the reader interpret the data. The two documents should be read together.
