The database presents historical and 2013/14 year performance indicator data reported to us in the categories of Water quality, System Continuity and Reliability, Environment and Customers.Contextual information about these categories of indicators is provided in Part A (the Fact Sheet) to assist the reader interpret the data. The two documents should be read together.
