The Fact Sheet and the accompanying database have been updated to include Public Water Utility performance information for the 2013/14 financial year. Part A (the fact sheet) introduces the categories of indicators to give the reader some contextual information to help interpret the data, Part B (the database) presents performance indicator data on the public water utilities that IPART regulates. The two documents should be read together. A small number of indicators have been renumbered this year due the inclusion of new indicators and the cessation of others.
