As required by section 12(1) of the Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal Act 1992, the Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal (the Tribunal) has investigated information presented by the Department of Land and Water Conservation (DLWC), on behalf of the Water Administration Ministerial Corporation, and determined maximum prices to be charged for bulk water services from 1 July 1998 and 1 July 1999.
The Tribunal’s determination of maximum prices for these services is set out in full in the Pricing Schedule at the end of this report.
