The 1999/00 Operational Audit covers the period from 2 July 1999 to 30 June 2000 and is the first audit undertaken since the SCA became operational in July 1999. During the audit period, the SCA has been required to comply with the requirements of an Interim Licence for the period 2 July 1999 to 18 April 2000 and subsequently to comply with the five-year Operating Licence which took effect from the 19 April 2000.
