Operating Licence from the Licence Regulator to the Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal (IPART).
Hyder Consulting was commissioned by the Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal (IPART) to undertake the 2000/2001 operational audit of Hunter Water Corporation. The audit was carried out in
accordance with the requirements of the Operating Licence granted under the Hunter Water Act 1991.
