The Darling Walk scheme (also known as Darling Quarter) is located in the Sydney CBD. The scheme has approval under Veolia Water Solutions and Technologies Pty Ltd's Network Operator's Licence (Licence Number 10_008) to operate non-potable water infrastructure. The licence was granted in June 2010 and the scheme has been in commercial operation since October 2011. Retail supply services are also provided by Veolia Water Solutions and Technologies under a Retail Supplier's Licence (Licence Number 10_009R) granted in June 2010.
