The Bingara Gorge scheme is located near Picton, south west of Sydney. The scheme has approval under Veolia Water Solutions and Technologies Pty Ltd's Network Operator's Licence (Licence Number 10_012) to operate non-potable water and sewerage infrastructure. The licence was originally granted in December 2010. A second licence variation was granted by the Minister on 11 July 2017. Retail supply services are also provided by Veolia Water Solutions and Technologies under a Retail Supplier's Licence (Licence Number 10_013R) granted in March 2011 and varied on 11 July 2017.
