The Bingara Gorge Network Licence Variation was an application by Veolia Water Solutions and Technologies Pty Ltd to vary its Network Operator's Licence (Licence Number 10_012) to expand operations and infrastructure scale on the Bingara Gorge Site. The variation was approved by the Minister in July 2015.
