On 20 December 2019, Altogether Operations Pty Ltd (previously Flow Systems Operations Pty Ltd) withdrew its application for a network operator’s licence under the WIC Act for the Bellbird North scheme. IPART had not made a recommendation to the Minister in relation to the application. We will not undertake further assessment in relation to the Bellbird North application.
