The 1 Bligh Street scheme is located in the Sydney CBD. The scheme has approval under Aquacell Pty Ltd's Network Operator's Licence (Licence Number 09_003) to operate non-potable water infrastructure. Retail supply services are also provided by Aquacell Pty Ltd under a Retail Supplier's Licence (Licence Number 09_004R). The licence was granted in July 2015.
