SUPERSEDED - WICA licensees must ensure compliance with all licence conditions and other applicable obligation under the Water Industry Competition Act 2006. IPART has revised the Network Operator's Reporting Manual to consolidate all licence obligation, details the range of performance indicators and the compliance reporting requirements. This Manual will be effective from 1 September 2015.
