SUPERSEDED - WICA licensees must ensure compliance with all licence conditions and other applicable obligations under the Water Industry Competition Act 2006. IPART has revised the Network Operator's Reporting Manual to consolidate licence obligations and the compliance reporting requirements. This Manual will be effective from 1 July 2016.
