IPART has provided a submission to the Department of Finance and Services’ Discussion Paper; Review of the Water Industry Competition Act 2006 and regulatory arrangements for water recycling under the Local Government Act 1993. This is an important review and in our submission we provide commentary on what we consider to be the priority issues for reform of the Water Industry Competition Act 2006 particularly in respect to the licensing framework.
