Wollondilly Water Pty Ltd applied for a network operator’s and a retail supplier’s licence on 21 January 2019. Our assessment of the application was put on hold in March 2021 at Wollondilly Water's request. Wollondilly Water withdrew its application in June 2022. We will not undertake further assessment in relation to the application and have not made a recommendation to the Minister on the application.
