The Rosehill Recycled Water scheme's is located approximately twenty kilometres west of the Sydney CBD. SGSP Rosehill network Pty Ltd has approval under a Network Operator's Licence (Licence Number 09_002) to operate non-potable water infrastructure. The licence was granted in April 2009 with commercial operation commencing in August 2011. Retail supply services for the scheme are provided by AquaNet Sydney Pty Ltd (Licence Number 10_01R).
