A service provider may lodge a revocation of coverage declaration application, together with an application fee of $2,500 determined by the Premier, to IPART seeking that a coverage declaration for a water industry infrastructure service be revoked.
Once IPART receives that application, IPART must recommend to the Premier on whether the coverage declaration should or should not be revoked. Once the Premier receives the recommendation, the Premier may either revoke or not revoke the coverage declaration.
